Items Damaged in Shipping or Defective

If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at with your order number to receive your return authorization so we can correct the problem immediately at our expense.

Not Satisfied With Your Product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 90 days of shipping. We will gladly replace or exchange the item or refund the amount you paid. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 90 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. We encourage you to email us before returning a product that is used so we can provide you with the best service.

If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.


To exchange your purchase, simply email us at to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds are often completed within 14-21 business days which includes the shipping time. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
